Brainstorming is the secret weapon of every irregularity and entrepreneur. It helps us remember anything about the subject and any thoughts related to it. Whether we understand it or not, the development of the brain that we are starting every venture is as simple as a product, project or blog post.

There are a number of reasons for freedom through brainstorming. A brain development session can create new and creative ideas that make you more productive or help you to solve your problem. It’s a great way to remove all the information you have and learn more about yourself. It notifies you of connection and pattern information, and helps you create profiles.

Knowing the importance of developing the brain, how can we use it to take its projects to the next level? How do we effectively brainstorm? The following suggestions and techniques will help you get the most out of your brain exercise.

Mind map

Mind Mapping is the simplest and most popular way of the brain. It is especially effective if you are thinking about yourself. The mind map is a graphical representation of a central idea, problem or all of your ideas that are related to and organized into the topic.

There is no rule on it except to reduce everything that comes in your head. Your mind map can be in the form of a series or tree branch. You can either map the paper on the map or use an online program like a Mugster which lets you save, import and export your mind’s map and also comes with a free version.

Brain dumps

Brain dumps are the most pleasurable. Take a piece of paper or open your word processor and start writing everything that is considered. There is no rule to be relevant to this project.

If you are developing logo ideas for a client and thinking about yourself for a meal, note what you want. Trust me, it’s more productive this way. Otherwise, when you think about food, your mouth will try to come up with a logo with water.

Collaboration

If you get stuck for ideas, talk to someone and invite them to the project for the board. Get them coherent with you and compare the notes. Often, your brainstorming partner will pick you something missed, find a correlation or come up with a unique angle that you would not have thought about yourself.

If you do not want to participate in the project, it is good. Until you return to favor, you can still get the brain maintenance to contribute with them.

Contrast brainstorming

Reversal can work both ways. First of all, imagine the results you want to achieve, and then start working on your way. For example, if you want to write a blog post, then depending on how you type, your adverse thinking timeline will look something like this:

  •      Answer the comments
  •      Publish the post
  •      Format Post
  •      Write post
  •      Create a post outline
  •      Type the title

This technique helps you focus on the areas you have absorbed and you can highlights any missed item. In the above example, you understand that you do not pay attention to the formatting of the post and now you know that you need to.

The other way is to answer the opposite question against what you are trying to achieve. First of all, ask yourself, ‘How can I achieve these results?’ And then ask ‘How can I be against the opposite?’

Let’s take this blog post for example. While keeping in mind the ideas for this post, I wanted to make this post an exception. So I asked myself, ‘How can I make this post attractive?’ I made a vacancy I spent an hour trying to decide how to create this profile for this post.

Then I decided to ask myself, ‘How can I do this post?’ The answer to this question and the answer to the answer looked at me right. I can make this post mediocre, explain the tips and techniques of making only the intelligentsia and do not give an example and do not show how to use these tips.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are nice to get past ideas that have stopped you. If you have stuck in a particular section of your project, then the Group Brain session can be your ticket for clarification. People in your group bring their own experience and knowledge to help you find ideas to solve your problem.

Group members are not required from the same area as you. As long as you have a basic understanding about what you are trying to solve, their thoughts can be invaluable.

Sometimes, the input from someone you are talking about is not known, they can help. Encourage them to ask questions and present their ideas in their mind – even if they seem stupid. Due to the novel’s perspective on your problem, you can be the only one to find a solution.

Ask questions

Asking questions is a great way to get along with ideas and answers to your problems. Use the prompts such as, where, when, when and how

Suppose you are making a website for a dentist, ‘Who is a customer?’ Ask, the answer will be, those who have problems in their teeth. Then, ask, ‘what kind of problems do they have? As long as you have all the information you have, answer to ‘tooth links, stripes, teeth, etc.’

Set the time limit

Setting up a time limit is a great technique if you can press on time or could not successfully use the brain. It focuses on the fox and lets you go ahead with as many ideas as possible.

The time limit depends on you. The limit should be so short to instantly create a sense of urgency, but it is long enough to allow all your thoughts to be recorded.

For larger projects, break your tasks into smaller parts and then spoil the one after the other. In this way you will not be impressed by the size of the project size.

SWOT analysis

SWT Analysis is an analysis of your project’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. An SWT analysis gives you a clear idea of what you have, what you want, how you can capitalize on, and what you need to improve.

Reflection

The beauty of the brain is the lack of rules. It all depends on you. If you are a listener you can ruin the brain by them. If you’re a graph lover then you’re more than welcome to become crazy with print or virtual graphs.

Before you start brainstorming you only need to do one thing:

  • Identify and expand the problem
  • Set rules for your mental session (group sessions, time limit, etc.) in the case of how many people per group
  • Understand that there is no such thing as bad or stupid idea.
  • How do you brainstorm and your favorite brainstorming technique?
